"The restaurant for dinner closes pretty early, we got there at 6:10 when it closes at 7 and they said they were out of all pizzas. The room was good and had no problems. Breakfast was typical simple hotel food."

"Very clean and nice place. The location was great for being close to the National Parks. We had booked for 3 nights but found a scorpion in the home, which totally freaked me out. I wasn't able to sleep due to finding it and decided to leave 2 nights early. Where we live, we don't have them, so it might be a very normal thing, but not something I could personally deal with. The home was well stocked, and communication with Peggy was prompt."

"Its a rustic room. It was clean and had ample room. It’s self check-in so I had no personal conversations with staff. The other guests seemed very nice. Yes, there are little things but we really enjoyed the time there. It’s quiet and easy to relax. We used it as a base camp for trips to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks"

"This place is perfect if you just need a bed on way to the park. Walls are very thin so you can easily hear neighbors and road noise. Room (#4) was tiny with small bathroom. It was clean, TV and wifi worked great. Hot water stopped while taking shower but luckily i had already washed. Staff were not welcoming or friendly. However she did look up my door code nicely enough. Best thing is that rooms are connected to a restaurant that served cold beer in iced mugs! Husband loved his pasta dish and my fish & chips were just ok."
