"Breakfast was kind of limited, but then again I don't expect much from complimentary breakfasts. We would have liked some coffee though! The pot was empty when we got there at about 9:00, and it was never refilled. However, our room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!"

"This is seriously the best hotel Ive ever been to. And im 40! Had room 103 so we was right by the front desk where breakfast is and the 24/7 coffee machines. Staff was amazing. They have a pool i didnt get to swim in, but have a little gym i exercised in until 4 in the morning. Very kind and friendly and the best breakfast bar ive ever seen in my life! If I could give 10 stars I would! If in Columbus again, will definitely book here. Very nice and cozy and the showers are amazing! So refreshing! Also the mirror has a bright light around it and a good counter right there to put make up on at. Thanks guys!"

"I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. My reserved non-smoking room was unavailable due to a water/sewer issue, which would typically be understandable; however, after reading other reviews, it is apparent the water issue is an ongoing problem. Filthy, torn, burnt outdated curtains. Bathroom ceiling covered in mold. Bathtub with noticeable grimy streaks. Large burn spot in bathroom tile. It looked like a beaver had chewed the bathroom door frame. Missing lightbulbs, missing drain plug in shower, which made the tub unusable. I was moved to a non-smoking room, the second day of my stay; however, the sheets from the first night were stripped from one bed and placed on the new bed. I know this for a fact because the original sheets had a cigarette burn hole in them, and the second sheets had the exact same burn hole in the exact same location. I have pictures of both. Horrendous marijuana smell in the stairwell and hallway. Birds flying inside the building in the area where breakfast was served. TV remote was nonfunctional the first night and there was no refrigerator. I could go on…. It is readily apparent there is no money being utilized to maintain the property. The only positive thing I can say is that it was close to my destination. No one should stay at this hotel."

"The hotel did offer pet friendly rooms at extra charges per pet, . HOWEVER my pets started coughing terribly all night evidently allergic to something used in the room prior to our stay. !!! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY A DAY AS WE HAD BOOKED IT FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT WE COULD NOT STAY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. NO REFUND AS I BOOKED THROUGH, HOTELS.COM, AND NOT THEM DIRECTLY, .UNFORTUNATELY, THE HOTEL WAS NOT AT ALL REPRESENTED AS ON LINE!!!. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY DISSATISFIED. DIRTY, SEE THROUGH THE SIDES OF DOOR, BOOGERS ON THE WALLS, FLOOR WAS DIRTY, CLEAN TOWELS , CLEAN SHEETS. DIM LIGHTING, WE THOUGHT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NICE MOM AND POP HOTEL AS DEPICTED ONLINE , WHAT A SHOCKER....IT WAS NOT.. LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS , THE OWNER WAS PLESANT, BUT WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN,,,"

"The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over."
