### 🌴 VILLA BELLA PRIVATE POOL ☀️

2km 500 from the beach.  
  
Villa Bella is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with wc, a kitchen and a living room  
  
the 2 bedrooms have new 160cm beds  
  
In addition to paved circulation spaces, carports protecting vehicles from the sun, you will find a tree-lined garden, an 8mx4m swimming pool, private parking for 3 to 4 covered vehicles. The property consists of two villas, the Bella and the Preciosa.  
  
Quiet area, fully enclosed garden, access is via motorized gates. Internet wifi. Air conditioner.  
  
Altura has a shopping street, where there are restaurants, a coffee shop.  
The large and wide beach of Alagoa, is accessible by a pontoon and wooden path which adds charm.  
  
You have a supermarket within 2 km and amenities in the city center.   
  
Although touristy, it is between sea and countryside that Altura is located, it keeps away from its counterparts because apart from a large hotel with several floors, the constructions are all villas and the city is surrounded by meadows, cultures , orchard.  
  
Located on the coast in Algarve, the property is close to a motorway access, it can lead you on all possible visits to the Algarve. The beaches the most beautiful and unusual beaches, the protected parks, the castles of Tavira and Casto Marim, as well as the salt marshes of the latter. The city of Tavira and its magnificent city center and garden, or the square and the shopping alleys of Villa Real Santo Antonio.  
 And if you feel like it, you can cross the borders and spend a day in Seville (1:30).  
  
This is also the advantage of Altura, you may as well, if you take the plane, go through Faro airport or Seville airport.  
  
A little extra clarification:  
  
On the floor of the Bella house, lives the caretaker of the property, it is she who will welcome you. She does not share the outdoor spaces and the swimming pool with you. But she may have to go through it to access her car or for maintenance of the pool or outdoor areas. She is very welcoming and discreet. A little secret: ...it's my mom....
