Nestled in the lush landscape of Salento’s olive groves, you’ll find this charming accommodation immersed in an area rich in biodiversity.  
The property spans over one hectare and features a beautiful 1,500-square-meter ornamental garden with several equipped spaces (pine grove, lawn garden, paved patio, barbecue area, and swimming pool), perfect for relaxing moments.  
  
The interior layout is as follows:  
\- Entrance into a climate-controlled living area with a sofa, dining table, TV, and a small kitchenette.  
\- A full bathroom and two double bedrooms (each with two single beds joined together), both air-conditioned.  
\- A washing machine is available at the back of the house.  
\- A ping-pong table is also provided in the pine grove.  
  
Lastly, enclosed in a beautifully furnished garden, there is a private pool reserved exclusively for guests. Stunning sunsets complete this breathtaking setting.  
  
Within a 30 km radius, you can reach Salento’s most famous destinations, making it an excellent base for exploring the stunning Ionian and Adriatic coasts.  
The property is located about 2 km from the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca and the center of Castrignano del Capo. Sandy beaches are 10 km away, while the scenic bays of San Gregorio and Felloniche are less than 7 km away.  
Within 30 km, you can visit renowned spots like Gallipoli and Otranto.  
Ideal for a relaxing stay in the extraordinary beauty of the Salento countryside.
