Immersed in a relaxing "natural park" surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by wonderful olive trees is: La Macchia. A charming villa in a hilly area and a few minutes drive from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca.
The bright residence is an excellent solution for those who want to spend a relaxing and privacy holiday. The villa in fact having a large garden with a convenient internal parking and being in an enviable position of total tranquility represents a true oasis of peace less than 1km from Santa Maria di Leuca. The structure is spread over two floors, a ground floor and a slightly lowered floor. On the ground floor there is a bright living room furnished with simplicity and taste, a kitchen equipped with every utensil, two lovely bedrooms and a bathroom complete with services. On the lower floor we find an additional sleeping area with two other very cool bedrooms and another bathroom equipped with every service.
Each room of the house is so well distributed and harmonious in its spaces that it can be comfortably lived up to 8 people.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet genügend Platz für 2 Familien. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: unpersönliche Einrichtung, nicht mehr alles so gut im Schuss, die Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet, doch in Anbetracht der günstigen Miete ist das in Ordnung. Sehr freundlicher Grundstückbesitzer, der regelmässig vorbeikam; ansonsten unpersönlich.
