A balcony with panoramic view The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a newly-built residential complex and it\`s characterized by a large balcony where the guests can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the panoramic view. A new and cozy apartment for 4 guests The bright living room is air conditioned, open kitchen and access to the second balcony with laundry area. The apartment is completed by two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. \- Small size pets are welcome. \- Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. \- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
