"Beautiful location. Polished wood staircase dangerous and does not meet HSE. Terrible Mould in bathroom - does not meet HSE. Cobwebs in upper bedroom with skirting boards not cleaned. Kitchen surfaces only cleaned where 'bare'- underneath appliances, filthy. Bedding underproduction filthy and stained. Bedding sheets old and threadbare with bobbling. Electrical connection appear not to have been PAT Tested - multiple appliances plugged to extension leads. Outside area steps very dangerous - do not meet HSE at all.
