"An absolutely wonderful hotel. Everything about our stay at the Parador de Alcalá de Henares was exceptional. The room was exactly the right size — spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and with excellent lighting. The bed was simply wonderful and incredibly comfortable to sleep in. After a long international trip and dealing with jet lag, we could not have chosen a better place to recover. One of the things we appreciated most was the peace and quiet. The room was completely silent, the atmosphere was calm, and everything seemed designed for rest and comfort. We slept incredibly well. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about our experience. The room, the bed, the lighting, the silence, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere were all exactly right. For us, it was the perfect hotel to land in Spain, recover from jet lag, rest properly, and begin our trip feeling refreshed. A truly exceptional stay. We would return without hesitation."

"We arrived very late with 2 large dogs, the host was lovely, even though she didn’t speak English we managed to communicate……the parking was down a steep hill so if you have bags to carry along with 2 dogs, dog food, dog bed ect ect it’s wise to drop the bags off at the front first, the food was excellent (we had a burger and potato croquettes and the red wine was lovely too, they allowed us to eat with the dogs next to us as there is a nice stop to the side of the restaurant…..the views were breathtaking to say the least, from room 5 you look out to a lovely horizon in the morning, we lovely it so much we plan to return on our way home after our holiday. Very dog friendly and would highly recommend"
