This apartment is laid out as follows: large living room with an open kitchen, dining area, and a cosy couch area with a double sleeper sofa; bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet.
In the garden, this apartment has its own seating area under a pergola with a table and chairs, where you can relax and eat at any time.

"Il Diavolino" is located in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the province of Grosseto, Maremma, Tuscany. It is the former residence of a farm and lies directly below the Etruscan village of Vetulonia, overlooking the evergreen hills of the Maremma. The house is surrounded by approximately 30,000 square metres of private property, which is completely fenced in, allowing children and dogs to run around unsupervised. Access to the property is via an automated gate, for which you will, of course, receive a remote control. You can park your vehicle on the property in a shaded parking spot. You’ll find relaxation in and around the pool, as well as a pleasant way to cool off on warm days. Deck chairs, lawns, and shaded areas offer plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation. The property features open meadows, a small grassy football field for all ages, quiet areas where you can retreat to read and relax, and a peaceful area specially designed for bonfires, where you can spend romantic evenings and enjoy barbecues. Of course, there are also several grills that you’re free to use at any time in any location you choose.
In total, the large house has five living units that can either be rented separately or, in some cases, combined: The two apartments on the ground floor (Corbezzolo & Glicine) and the two apartments on the upper floor (Girasole & Ginestra) can each be rented as a single unit, as they can be connected via an interior door. This allows friends or families with children to stay together while still maintaining their own privacy if they wish. The third unit on the ground floor (Mimosa) is completely independent.
