Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Fabio verkauft köstlichen Honig und Olivenöl, und Besitzer Johar ist super freundlich und hat tolle Ausflugstipps. Auch für Hunde ideal, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Die Rosen im Garten sind wunderschön und machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Pool zum Schwimmen. Vom Bügeleisen bis zur Mikrowelle, von einer Grundausstattung mit Duschgel bis zu den Gewürzen, genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln etc. war alles da. Der kleine Ort eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Umbrien und der südlichen Toskana. Hübscher Garten mit Aussicht! Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet mit immer wieder kleinen Sitzgruppen umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, hat uns riesigen Spaß bereitet und ist der absolute Blickfang des umzäunten Geländes. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und man kann sehr schnell tolle Ausflugsziele wie Chiusi und Castiglione del Lago (mit Auto beides ca. 20Min), wie auch Perugia (ca. 50Min) erreichen. De locatie is prachtig met een super uitzicht. Fijne faciliteiten bij het huis, en het zwembad met whirlpool is heerlijk bij dat warme weer. De tuin is goed omheind waardoor de hond lekker los in de tuin kon lopen. De gastheer was ook zeer betrokken en aardig en vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Für Hunde perfekt, auch das Auto kann an den Schatten gestellt werden. Inneneinrichtung typisch italienisch, für uns etwas düster, mit zu vielen Teppichen und Nippes, kann man ja aber wegräumen. Viele Schränke, grosszügige Badezimmer! Wir haben 2 Wochen draussen gewohnt und nur die Nacht im Hause verbracht!
