Groot sfeervol huis, prachtig en rustig gelegen in de heuvels nabij het Trassimenomeer. Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras en vanuit de slaapkamers. Vriendelijke ontvangst van eigenaar/beheerder die op hetzelfde terrein woont. Ruime keuken, apparatuur is wel wat verouderd: tijdens ons verblijf stopte de vaatwasser ermee. Geen elektrisch koffiezetapparaat aanwezig. Gelukkig konden we in een appartement ernaast de vaatwasser gebruiken. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Opgedekte bedden bij aankomst en handdoeken beschikbaar. Parkeerplaats voor gasten is wat krap voor meerdere auto's, waardoor keren lastig was. Het was eigenlijk niet mogenlijk de Parkeerplaats achteruit uit te rijden. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep wat moeizaam vanwege taalbarrière; Gelukkig hebben we Google Translate. Al met al zeer fijne dagen gehad.
