Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable/satellite television. A baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request. The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with great views of the mountains, including the “Schlern”, where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine while looking over the surrounding mountains. In addition, there is also a communal garden with a playground area for the little ones. Within 2-3 minutes on foot (150-250 m) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants. A ski shuttle bus is also only 200 m from the property. A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 2-minute drive (700 m) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property and in the. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
