Herrlicher Familien Urlaub in Seis
Mit unsere zwei Kinder haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht in das Apartment von Frau Erna Karbon. Die Lage is weniger als 5 Minuten laufen von Spar Supermarkt und Skibus. Die Küche is sehr gut ausgerüstet und es gibt 2 moderne Badezimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind räumlich mit genug Schranken. Wenn das Wetter warm genug ist kann man draußen sitzen auf dem Balkon. Die Garage ist ein schönes extra, weil man im Skiurlaub das Auto nicht braucht. Der Zugang zum zweites Zimmer geht durch das erstes Zimmer. Kein Problem für eine Familien mit Kinder aber weniger ideal für Freunden. Erna ist sehr nett und hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Mark

Beautiful and convenient apartment
We stayed in Siusi for a week — a family with two kids 6 and 8. The apartment is clean, cozy, convenient, close to the village center, and as we discovered, to the ski lift, the bus stop and a playground that our kids insisted on visiting at least 3 times a day. Erna was extremely useful, friendly, and provided us with a lot of valuable information, not to mention the bus passes valid for all of South Tyrol. We brought a car but we were smart to follow Erna’s advice and left the car in the garage dedicated to the apartment. Throughout our stay we used the bus passes from Erna and were able to visit everything that we were interested in, from Bolzano, to the nearby Castelrotto, to the more distant Bressanone, to the quaint Ortisei with stunning views on top of the mountain. The apartment is fully equipped for the needs of a family. It’s very clean, the space is optimized in a very intelligent way, and the wooden furniture seems custom made in an appealing Alpine style. Overall, this is a great place in a great location, managed by a great owner. We highly recommend it.

De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en wil het beste voor de klant. Seis is een vriendelijke plaats, de kabelbaan naar boven heeft geen lange wachttijden..

Schöner Herbsturlaub in Seis
Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund zum wandern in der Region. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und trotzdem fantastisch ruhig, da Sackgasse. Ich hatte noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sogar Gewürze und Tee waren zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr sympathische Frau, die uns einige Tipps für Wanderungen gab und eines Abends mit Schnaps zum Anstoßen vor der Tür stand. Ich habe nur aus einem einzigen Grund keine 5 Sterne vergeben, weil uns die Matratzen etwas zu hart waren. Aber das ist unser persönliches Empfinden. Andere lieben es. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super nette Gastgeberin und tolle Wohnung
Wir hatte einen tollen Urlaub, gerade auch wegen der wirklich schönen Wohnung. Zu Fuß war alles was man benötigt zu erreichen, Bäcker, Schlachter, Cafe....sehr schön. Erna ist eine super liebe und herzliche Gastgeberin. So wie man sich das wünscht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Urlaub mit Hunden
Frau Karbon war eine freundliche und nette Gastgeberin, die einmal sogar mit einem sehr guten Birnenschnaps vorbeikam, den wir dann gemeinsam ( meine Frau , ich und die Schwiegereltern ) mit ihr verköstigt haben. Wir hatten unsere zwei kleinen franz. Bulldoggen dabei. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub mit Hunden ideal , die Außenterrasse ist eingezäunt und ein Teil davon ist Rasen . Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Lovely appartement with little garden in center of Seis am Schlern. We walked to the cable lift. Supermarket amd terrasses are a few minutes walk. Kind property owner Erna, helpfull when you needs tips what to do. Good equiped kitchen and two great bathrooms. Super environment for walks and biking.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Außenberiech, mehr als ausreichend für unseren großen Hund, den wir dabei hatten. Schöne Sitzecke mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Frau Karbon war als Ansprechpartnerin immer direkt erreichbar.

Sehr geräumig. mit 2 Schlafräumen und 2 Bädern. Auto steht schattig in Garage,. Die saubere und mit allem ausgestattete Wohnung ist auch mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.
