Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment Residence Nussbaumer Apt B is located in Siusi alle Sciliar. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table and a shared sauna are also provided for your enjoyment. This vacation rental features a private balcony for evening relaxation and a heated indoor pool for shared enjoyment.  
  
Residence Nussbaumer in Siusi alle Sciliar features a wellness area with shared sauna facilities including Finnish sauna and steam bath, plus 4 different saunas for shared use. Enjoy the heated indoor pool year-round and a heated outdoor pool available during summer. Additional shared amenities include a garden, playground, and table tennis.  
  
Located in the village center at the foot of the Seiser Alm, the residence offers ski storage and bicycle storage. Public transportation is within walking distance.
