My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "The apartment is very conveniently located. The room is clean and air conditioning works very well. The host is extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. However, the toilet is very close to the shower, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower."

"Room was very clean the host was very prompt to any questions or concerns, location was close to the marina area maybe a 10-15 walk did 2 great boat tour. He even gave us a ride to the train station thank you again. We enjoyed La Spezia. "

I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours.
