Abou 10 minutes from Cortina. Very beautiful hotel, excelent amenities. Complete and very good breakfast buffet. The only point is that there isn’t air conditionair. Exceeded my expectations!!

Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, but too hot to use them. Breakfasts were very good. The coffee/bar was nice to have, but served very weak coffee from pods. It cooled off in the evenings, so opening the windows and turning on a ceiling fan helped, but the walls would still retain substantial heat. Better coffee right down the street.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . The Eurostars Hotel was a lovely place for us to stay during our short weekend trip to Venice. The location was great and tucked away from all the crowds, but just a short walk away from anything we wanted to do. I absolutely loved Venice, and half of that came from where we stayed, so I definitely plan to be back. The room was clean, the property was very nice, and the staff was so kind.

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, ..."

"Do not eat get the half board.Food was disappointing and not edible.Much of the food was made from frozen (lasagna, carbonara ,desserts) some of the food was blended to mush!! Breakfast was good. Worst restaurant we ate at travelling Italy thankfully it was only 2 nights."
