Die Lage ist zentral, was vor allem für Teenager ideal ist – viele Geschäfte, Lokale und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Umgebung jedoch weniger geeignet, da es durch umliegende Bars und deren Gäste gerade abends und nachts sehr laut werden kann.Das Haus selbst ist sauber und funktional, allerdings wäre eine Modernisierung in einigen Bereichen wünschenswert. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, keine Spülmaschine und keine Waschmaschine – gerade im Sommer und bei längerem Aufenthalt vermisst man diese Ausstattung schon. Die Endreinigung muss vom Mieter übernommen werden.
