"Schon der erste Eindruck nach dem öffnen des Rolladen auf die Terrassen, einmal zum Erholen und der zweiten mit Pool, sowie der Blick auf das Wasser ist einzigartig. Ferner ist es in dieser Reisezeit noch Recht ruhig was den Tourismus angeht, sodass der Erholung nichts mehr im Wege steht. Das Haus ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten gut ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erledigen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss ca. eine halbe Stunde. Wir wollen wieder hingehen."

"Maison lumineuse et propre, avec une très jolie vue sur les canaux. En raison de restrictions d’eau en Catalogne, peu de pression dans la douche de l’étage et matelas trop ferme pour nous. Les draps ne sont pas fournis. Pedro a gentiment répondu à nos remarques et semble soucieux de la satisfaction de ses locataires."

"La maison est parfaitement équipée avec une piscine au sel très agréable pour se baigner à longueur de journée, nous en avons bien profité. Deux supermarchés (Supermercat, Lidl) à proximité (5 mn à pied) permettent de couvrir tous les besoins au quotidien (y compris presse et boulangerie). Le quartier est calme, à l'entrée de la Marina, mais un peu loin de la plage pour celui qui veut y aller à pied (compter 30 bonnes minutes). Heureusement nous avions nos vélos. "A lovely property - highly recommend for family or group of friends. The narrow steep staircase is not ideal for VERY young children, but prob fine from 5yo."

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. Thank you Valerie and Daniel for allowing us to stay at your property."

"Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer notâmes y au niveau des sols. Pour le reste, la maison correspondait parfaitement au descriptif l’endroit est calme et un peu éloigné du centre d’Empuria. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances."

"This is a delightful villa in an excellent location. The only downside is that it does not have air-conditioning and there was only one fan in the property even though there are 4 bedrooms. I am sure more would have been provided if we had asked but we were able to borrow three more from family. I think providing one in each bedroom should be standard. Having said that I would definitely book this property again"

"Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Supermarkt (50 mt). Sehr stille Lage, 2 km vom Sandstrand (ideal fuer Familie). Das Haus ist gemuetlich, Kueche vielleicht ein wenig klein, Pluspunkte fuer den Pool!! Haben wir sehr genossen! Costa Brava ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Zohne , den Urlaub ist zu empfehlen!"

"Wir konnten eine Woche Urlaub in diesem Haus genießen. Es war sehr schön. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich mehrere Mehrparteienhäuser mit Gemeinschaftspool, man sollte also mit Publikum beim Schwimmen rechnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört."
