Private: swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 120 - 195 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Arbour, terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery 350 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 350 m, bicycle rental 1.5 km, bus stop "Empuriabrava Cruïlla" 2.9 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 16 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 1.6 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, sailing school 2 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 600 m, cycle lane 400 m. Nearby attractions: Centro paracaidismo y túnel del viento 2 km, Parque Acuático Roses 6 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 15 km, Castillo de Perelada 12 km, Ruïnas de St. Martí de Empúries 21 km, Cadaqués y Cap de Creus 20 km.
