Remarques

Le logement est plus petit en réel que sur les photos mais malgré cela tout est fonctionnel. Nous avons loué pour 8 personnes de la même famille et dans le bas de la maison il n’est pas possible de manger à l’intérieur en cas de mauvais temps, trop petit. Dans la cuisine du bas il n’y a pas de four et c’est dommage. Le grill pain est défectueux également .En ce qui concerne la terrasse, le store est trop petit pour couvrir une table de 8. Quartier calme et possible de rentrer 2 grandes voitures.

Magnifique

Une tres belle villa avec piscine privée chaude, jolie et fonctionnelle. Tres propre, tres bien équipée, la literie tres bien. 2 logements avec entrées indépendantes, un plus pour nous qui etions un couple avec nos 3 grands enfants. Chacun son intimité. Une cuisine bien équipée et avec lave vaisselle dans chaque maison. 1 garage et 2 parking. 600m plage et 400m des arcades et tous commerces et resto. Quartier calme. Nous recommandons vivement. Un vrai bijou

Ferienhaus Chavicoto

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und gehört mal etwas renoviert. Wir hatten 3 Tage kein Warmwasser, da die Solaranlage defekt war. Nach Meldung an Interhome wurde gehandelt und repariert. Die überdachte Terrasse im OG bei Regen nicht nutzbar, da es überall undicht ist und hereinregnet. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage bei Übernahme lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Das Platzangebot, das Grundstück und der Pool ist sehr gut. Man kann sich dort wohlfühlen.

CELA GÂCHE CE SÉJOUR, MAIS RESTE QUAND MÊME UNE BON MOMENT, NOUS QUI PARTONS TOUTES LES ANNÉES À EMPURIABRAVA.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison !!! Piscine superbe ! Il est bon de savoir que la maison ne possède pas de four ! Maison très fonctionnelle et bien placée ! Un petit manque cependant, de petits matelas fins sur les transats de la piscine seraient le top ☺️ !

La seule chose qui m a manqué pour une maison avec 2 cuisines c est le four pour cuisiner. Il y a seulement les plaques c est dommage. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec les enfants qui étaient content. Maison avec moustiquaire aux fenêtres m On s' est malgré tous fait piqué.

Maison pratique et agréable pour nous qui somment venus à 2 familles, elle est également assez proche des plages et commerces

Teures Objekt

Bei Regen ist das Dach undicht. Somit war ein Frühstück/ Essen auf der oberen Terrasse nicht möglich. Kein Fön vorhanden. Satreciever defekt. Pool wurde erst am 5.Tag gereinigt. Kein Backofen. Keine Auflagen für die Liegen. Für 1200 Euro in der Woche, ist diese Objekt einfach zu teuer.
