Private: swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bicycle rental 2.7 km, bus stop "Empuriabrava" 2 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 15 km, sandy beach "La Rubina" 1.7 km.
