The villa is on one level and has a beautiful garden surrounded by walls and a large pool of 4 \* 8M There is garden furniture (table chairs and loungers) 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room with fireplace, heating. Bedroom 1: 1 large double bed, cupboards Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140 cm Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, which can be converted into 2 beds, in this case it takes almost the entire area of ​​the room Bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet, sink. Living room: dining table, convertible sofa bed, satellite TV, wifi Kitchen: The kitchen is basic (not renovated) a double sink, fridge, electric stove with oven, coffee percolator, toaster, mixer + crockery, pots and utensils in sufficiency. There is no microwave, no dishwasher, no washing machine. The garden is maintained by a gardener who usually comes once a week, the pool is maintained by a company that comes twice a week in July and August and once a week the rest of the year. De locatie is echt fantastisch. Strand, winkels en restaurantjes op loopafstand. Onze tieners vonden de bar/club Sikim, die echt om de hoek zit, erg leuk. Ondanks dat alles dichtbij is, ligt het huisje toch rustig. Het huis vonden wij mooi en netjes. De keuken met vaatwasser is groot genoeg. Voldoende keukenbenodigheden aanwezig. Alles was schoon. We miste alleen een waterkoker. Er is geen airco aanwezig. Als je overdag de rolluiken naar beneden deed, bleef het redelijk koel. Er waren voldoende ventilatoren. Omdat er in onze week een briesje stond en de temperatuur niet boven de 30 graden kwam, vonden we het wel te doen zonder airco. Het zwembad is echt heel fijn en groot. Veel mooier dan op de foto op de site. De tuin is groen en netjes onderhouden met stenen bbq. Het terras voor het huis is een fijn koel plekje. Stayed 12 nights in May 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### Susanne N. 19 Aug 2020 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in #### Toller Pool, super Lage aber teilweise schmutzig und winzige Küche sehr positiv: tolle Lage: zwei Minuten zu Fuß bis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand, sehr großer, gepflegter Pool in schönem Garten (leider nur zwei Liegen), gemütlicher, schattiger Sitzbereich vor dem Haus, sehr ordentliche Dusche. schwierig: zunächst sollte Schlüsselabholung in Agentur erfolgen (bis 13.00 Uhr), Check in aber erst um 16.00 Uhr. Weil dann die Agentur wegen Corona geschlossen war, wurde telefonisch besprochen, dass man bei Ankunft anrufen solle und jemand den Schlüssel bringt. Die angegebene Nummer war dann dauerhaft besetzt. Kommunikation war schwierig. negativ: Die Kleiderschränke und Schubladen waren sehr schmutzig und mussten nach Ankunft erst ausgewischt werden (und wir sind nicht pingelig), die Küche ist extrem klein mit einer niedrigen Spüle, Kochgeschirr ist allerdings in großer Menge vorhanden, war aber bei Ankunft teilweise schmutzig: an vielen Stellen Essens- und Fettreste und es gab sehr wenig Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Nach einer freundlichen Mitteilung an die Vermieterin, dass wir bezüglich der Sauberkeit im Haus und der Anzahl der Liegen für 5 Erwachsene nicht ganz zufrieden seien, bekamen wir die Rückmeldung, dass die Vermieterin mit ihrer Putzfirma schon lange gut zusammenarbeitet und unsere Beschwerden somit unbegründet seien und dass wir ja wieder heimfahren könnten, wenn es uns nicht gefiele: das empfanden wir als sehr unfreundlich. ##### Susanne N.
