It has a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing with a Smart TV offering channels in all languages, and an American-style kitchen made with top-quality materials, equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing any dish and a complete set of dishes. It includes various appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment has a large bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all guests, not only in the bathroom but throughout the apartment and complex.
