Located in Empuriabrava, in the heart of the "Gran Reserva" residential complex, renowned for its interior walkways, magnificent flower gardens, and communal swimming pools surrounded by lush lawns (access to the communal pools is sold separately by the condominium association and is not included in the rental price).
Your house is situated in a private area called "LOS GIRASOLES", within the complex. From your terrace, you have direct access to the swimming pool located right in front, without any restrictions or additional charges.
Upon entering, you will find a separate WC. The house offers an air-conditioned dining room and, to the right, a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer). The east-facing terrace features steps leading directly to the garden and the swimming pool. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (140 x 190 cm). The third, the most spacious, is air-conditioned and has a double bed (160 x 190 cm) as well as an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a bathtub. A private garage, reserved for the owner, is not accessible to guests. The fact that no vehicle will be exiting the garage during your stay will allow you to park easily in front of it. (Any attempt to access this garage may result in a deduction from your security deposit.) Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented upon request for €25 per person.
