  • Beautiful T2 rental with 2 large sunny terraces rare in Empuria-Brava feet in the water overlooking 2 different channels (as on a boat!) and on the snowy mountains, one can even fish from the SOUTH EAST orientated terrace. all on foot (beach, restaurants, shops, bars). The scenery of Spain 30min from France. 2 terraces with breathtaking views of the canals in the largest Marina in Europe. Quiet, 2 steps from the beach, shops, many water activities and walks in the heart of nature (several natural parks nearby). possible parking at the foot of the residence. small residence 6 apartments only (1st floor / 2)

TV 82 cm LED HD + SATELLITE (all French channels, some German channels, beware no Spanish channel) / DVD player / HiFi. 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a cot. Bathroom completely redone in 2017 (walk-in shower) Quietly located in the most exclusive area of Empuria-Brava. Crossing apartment equipped with a ventilation system ensuring freshness all year round.
