It has a private mooring of 14 m. The ground floor is distributed with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an independent toilet, dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace-porch with views of the swimming pool and direct access to it. The upper floor, with independent access from the outside, has two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace with views of the canal and the swimming pool. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and a private pool. It is located just 10 minutes from La Rubina beach, in a very quiet residential area, ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest.
