"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "Great breakfast!! The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if God permits us. The trains were easy to catch and get to Rome's Termini station. There is nothing I disliked about this property."

"This bed and breakfast had no one at reception. You receive instruction on how to get to your room. But at some point I lost my key and a receptionist came within 5 minutes to give me another one. The hotel is convenient and cheap. I will come again."

"Beautiful outstanding place a good drive out of Rome but if you’re wanting quiet, actual Italian culture being an American felt safe very cozy little town however, the hotel did not have Wi-Fi only in the lobby. Lobby was absolutely breathtaking as well as the grounds and the view from our second story window would stay here again if I did not need to purchase Wi-Fi."

"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"Checked in just for sleep as I was driving through Italy. Nice clean room, friendly staff and a good bathroom. Balcony with a great view too, I just didn’t have time to enjoy it."
