Heart of the medieval city
Most of the hotels in Cremona are owned by the same firm, so assume services are similar. this hotel is great for tourists, but it’s alley-like street, will picturesque, does not allow easy taxi delivery and don’t expect a great view.

We chose this hotel first of all because of it's location, and that in quadruple room they had double and two twin beds. Breakfast was a very convinient option, and it was good enough. Kids loved it and were very happy here, which means we are also happy. I would stay here again.

Nice location, nice service.
Nice, friendly staff. Excellent area within walking distance to the best shopping and sites anyone could ask for. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great location in the heart of Cremona
Hotel staffs were attentive , the location is great, right in the heart of Cremona. Hotel decor was artistic. Wish the bathroom were cleaner, and the shower were slightly bigger

Nice Hotel in Small Town
This is a centrally located hotel ... easy walking distance to everything (including the train station). The staff is warm, friendly, and very helpful. Best hotel in Cremona.

Would be delighted to return
Our stay was entirely enjoyable - no negative surprises, no inconveniences. The room was quiet and clean, the beds ver comfortable, the refrigerator conventient, the bathroom was renovated and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast had very nice options, including individually ordered special coffees. Most of all, the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Even though we could not speak Italian, it seemed clear that they were pleased to have guests in their hotel.

Hotel buono e colazione ottima. Disturbi da locali
Hotel in buona posizione pieno centro, personale gentile e accogliente, camera pulita e spaziosa il giusto. Ottima colazione. Problema serio (non colpa dell'hotel) il rumore e schiamazzi provocati dai 2/3 locali di fronte e sotto fino almeno all'una di notte con tavoli sulla strada nonostante pieno inverno. Difficile prendere sonno nonostante doppi vetri e fossimo al 3 piano, spiace.

Sehr laut, schlafen kaum möglich. Auch in der Woche wird in der Gasse/Bar draußen gefeiert. Genervt blickende Dame beim Frühstück, schade so wird man morgrns ungern empfangen. Pluspunkt es war alt aber sehr sauber.

Camera pulita ma con accessori datati. Bagno con sanitari anni 70, macchie di vernice sul pavimento e piastrelle scrostate. Fortunatamente ho avuto una camera con affaccio sull'interno cortile, per quelle con affaccio sulla strada forniscono i tappi per le orecchie, c'è molto rumore in strada fino a tardi.

Hôtel en plein centre de Cremona. Chambre pas très grande mais propre et équipé de tout confort et suffisante pour moi tout seul. Accueil sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner (si je dois trouver quelque chose, il manque le miel). Le point négatif est l'insonorisation avec le couloir mais les clients ont été globalement respectueux et ne m'ont pas dérangés pour dormir. Hôtel que je recommande.

Old hotel in the city center
The hotel has a old look and needs some renovation but it's comfortable enough for a quick stay. Great position right in the center. Room was ok. Breakfast could be improved.

L’hôtel nous a à très rapidement prévenu plusieurs jours avant le séjour de sa fermeture pour travaux. Nous avons été relogés dans un très bel hôtel 4 étoiles au même prix et confié. Nous sommes très contents de la chambre et de la situation exceptionnelle dans l’hyper centre piétonnier. Très bel et bon accueil hier soir également. Merci et bravo !

L’Hotel era chiuso e Expedia non lo segnalava. Sono stato dirottato su altra location sempre in zona ma che era tra quelle che avevo scartato dalla mia selezione iniziale. Una maggiore comunicazione tra expedia ed i gestori sarebbe necessaria, perché poi a farne le spese siamo noi avventori.

Nuit tropicale.
Climatisation qui ne fonctionne que au-dessus de 22C dans la chambre. Nous avons donc vécu une nuit tropicale. Petit-déjeuner servi en chambre. Pour le thé commandé, nous recevons que l’eau sans le sachet et les œufs brouillés rien qu’à l’aspect vous rebuteraient. Donc mal dormi mal petit déjeuner. Nous ne reviendrons plus.
