Equipped with a large and beautiful private garden for exclusive use, with private parking for 2 cars, surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest. Villa Mediterranea was completely renovated in 2017 and is composed as follows: 5 bedrooms including 3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 outbuilding complete with bathroom and 2 beds. The central body of the house has 2 bathrooms with shower and a small service bathroom accessible from the outside. In total the house has 4 bathrooms! In addition to having air conditioners, the house can be heated with a hydropellet system and radiators in every room. In the outdoor area there are: a laundry corner, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water, a small toilet and two separate relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, wicker lounges, hammock and rocking chair. The large garden is for the exclusive use of guests. Ideal for one or more families who want to enjoy the beauty of miles of golden sandy beaches, a clean sea awarded with the BLUE FLAG 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and relaxing walks in a fragrant pine forest. The geographical position, facilitated by sliding freeways, makes it possible to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni, the Itria Valley, Alberobello and Matera, designated European Capital of Culture 2019. Furthermore, the beautiful golf course of Riva dei Tessali is only 6/7 km away. Bari airport is about 80 km away, while Brindisi airport is 70 km away with an entirely expressway route. The villa is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning in every room. Unlimited ADSL wi-fi and 6 bicycles are available for guests to move around freely and explore the beauty of the place. Upon request, a cot for children up to three years and a high chair are provided free of charge. All linen such as sheets, quilts, towels, shower towels, tablecloths, is provided free of charge, as well as all kitchen equipment. Management fees are included in the price. Electricity consumption is free of charge up to 100 kWh per week; the excess beyond this threshold is charged to guests at a cost of € 0.50 per kWh. Next to Villa Mediterranea there is also Villa Elisabetta, its twin, which has similar characteristics both in terms of number of beds and of various services and comforts. Une fois arrivés vous pouvez vous passer de votre voiture et tout faire en vélo. Les ados ont adoré pouvoir sortir seuls le soir prendre des glaces. We had a great time having dinner in the evening outside or drinking our coffee, facing the green garden. The house is clean, cosy, with personal touch and nice decoration in every room. There is an air conditioning in every room ( we don't need it) and fans. The location is perfect to stay on the clean beach (10 minutes walk), awarded with blue flag. Or to combine it with sightseeing (we visited Matera). It is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, so we recommend this house. The communication with the Carmine families is perfect and they are always available and helping in any occasion. We have a nice and relaxing holiday, so we enjoyed it completely. Oltre ad andare al mare che era bellissimo e con spiagge lunghissime e deserte, abbiamo fatto un giro a Matera, Alberobello e Taranto oltre che un bellissimo giro in catamarano a vedere i delfini insieme ai biologi marini di Joniandolphin. Sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und die Zimmer sind groß und nett eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse mit der Gartendusche gefallen. Hier konnten wir Grillen und am großen Esstisch zusammensitzen. Für die Kinder gab es jede Menge Platz zum Spielen. Den Gastgeber Carmine haben wir selbst nicht angetroffen, aber er war stets telefonisch erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zahlreiche Ausflugstipps gegeben und sogar Fahrräder für acht Personen zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt ein perfekter Familienurlaub mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und daher unbedingt empfehleswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder:) Falls sich die Familie noch weiter vergrößert, könnte man auch das Nachbarhaus mit dazunehmen, das ebenfalls von Carmine vermietet wird. ##### Sarah N. Schöne Lage in einem Pinienhain. Strand zu Fuss erreichbar, aber auch mit Auto, Stellplätze am Strand. Supermarkt und Ortszentrum (Geschäfte und Restaurants) schnell erreichbar. Vermieter sehr kooperativ, hat uns über whatsapp Ausflugstipps gegeben und bei Problemen geholfen. ##### Lothar W. Nous avons rencontré le papa de Carmine qui nous a bien tout expliqué (même si on ne comprenait pas tout). La villa est conforme aux photos présentées sur le site, elle est spacieuse et très bien entretenue. On recommande fortement cette villa. Merci à carminé pour cet excellent séjour. ##### valerie G. Carmine and his parents are very nice hosts and were availbale during all our stay for any questions. The house is the same as on the picture : big and clean. The beach is at 15 min by feet and the house is just 5 min to the center. A litte precision : the terrain is sloping and that it is not very practical to play for children.
