The Trulli di Morena are a complex of ancient trulli, dating
back to the 1600s, completely renovated in the countryside of Castellana
Grotte. Today they are a charming vacation home in Valle d`Itria, surrounded by lush nature and pampered by all modern comforts.
The garden is equipped with an above-ground pool, solarium, gazebo for relaxation area, barbecue, bicycles and outdoor shower.
There are accessories such as air conditioning and fireplace, wi-fi internet, washing machine,
smart Tv, hair dryer, mosquito nets, crib, iron and ironing board,
kitchen complete with electric oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle,
toaster, dishwasher etc.

The
complex of ancient trulli dating back to the 1600s was restored to
splendor last year. The estate is surrounded by greenery. In the large
garden there is an ancient chianche-paved courtyard, perfect for
relaxing outdoors and enjoying the good air of the Apulian summer.
The above-ground pvc pool, complete with solarium, is a true oasis dedicated to wellness. The shaded patio allows outdoor dining. Bicycles available to guests allow cycling in the most authentic nature of the Valle d`Itria.
The interiors consist of 5 cones under which cool rooms with typical vaulted ceilings are developed and well furnished. The floor of all rooms cools in summer and heats in winter, according to a state-of-the-art air conditioning system.
The large open-plan living room has an open kitchenette. From here you go to two very comfortable rooms and the shower room. The old barn houses the third double bedroom. All the rooms are equipped with TV. In one of the double rooms there is a single bed, as a seventh bed.

Trulli di Morena rise in the countryside, in the territory of
Castellana Grotte, along a well-served not isolated district that
guarantees at the same time great privacy and confidentiality.
All
the most beautiful destinations of the Valle d`Itria are at hand: the
town of Castellana Grotte is just 6 km away, Alberobello capital of
trulli and Unesco World Heritage Site is just 15 km away. Polignano a
Mare with its typical houses overlooking the sea is just 18 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Above ground Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
