I would highly recommend the Hotel Al Madurig to anyone wishing to stay in the charming town of Castellammare del Golfo."

"Beautiful little hotel in quiet area. Walkable to little town and tons of good options. Very quaint area. Pool is lovely. Hotel is not on the water. If you want to go to the beach, you must book in advance at tonnara di Scopello. We hadn’t and so could not go down. The zingaro nature reserve was also closed due to a fire. The area is still worth a visit, but book the beach before you arrive. We were even off season. "
