Surroundings: Sea and beach at 400m. At 900m there is the commercial centre of Platja d’Aro with cinema and bowling. Little further, there is a theme park for children. Shops and pharmacy of Sant Pol – S’Agaró at 900m. It is situated between two of the best beaches of Costa Brava, la Conca and Sant Pol – S’Agaró connected by a wonderful road. Community patio of 200m². Calm zone.
