Villa composed of 3 apartaments. Private pool

The villa consists of 3 apartments connected to each other by the large wooden portico, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa was born from the recovery of old agricultural outbuildings near the manor house where the owners live.
Apartment 1: Split-level apartment with ground floor, living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower suitable for handicapped persons, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible from both the living room with a spiral staircase and a convenient external staircase, there is a double bedroom with a large covered terrace-solarium equipped with table and chairs.
Apartment 2: Ground floor apartment, composed of living-dining room with kitchenette and satellite TV, double bedroom with added single bed and bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3: Independent cottage on one level, composed of living-dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom with extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
The villa overlooks on one side a wooden porch, equipped with table and chairs, and on the large garden where you can find the barbecue and ping-pong table, and on the other side the pool area completely fenced and exclusive use of guests. Laundry and ironing in a small house in the garden.
At the Casale it is possible to taste and buy excellent wine and extra-virgin olive oil, vegetables, fruit, and all the products of the Farm. Also on the ground floor of the house where the owners live is a small restaurant (maximum 25 seats), open to both the public and guests of the villa and where you can enjoy delicious local dishes, made with local products.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Private pool is open from 10/05 to 15/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming towels.
Swimming pool and garden maintenance
Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set).
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 450 (€ 150 per apartment) payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 150
Heating Euro 6 per m3 per apartment (if used).
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
