At the disposal of the structure there is a large swimming pool and the house is equipped with a 50-inch TV and internet connection .. Near a few km there are Reggello and Pian di Scò two small villages very nice and where you can shop and spend a pleasant day. The access road up to the house as a result is a little challenging but of course you quickly get used to it. The house is very comfortable, it is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the garden and swimming pool, which gets sun throughout the day, with beautiful sunsets across the valley in the evenings. Wi-Fi was available in the house although a little slow, but this doesn't matter when on holiday. We found it a good central location for days out to Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc. The owner, Leonardo, was very helpful. He visits the next door house once or twice per week, but is quiet and discrete, and the garden and pool are for exclusive use of guests. Thank you for making it a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend the house for a family that wants to enjoy a peaceful holiday.. ##### Chris H. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist groß genug für zwei Familien und verfügt über alle Sachen die man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht… es liegt sehr schön auf dem Berg, so das man einen tollen Ausblick auf Pian di sco hat und jeden Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann.. das Grundstück und der Pool sind gepflegt und sauber.. Leonardo der Vermieter ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und toller Gastgeber.. Beanstandungen wurden umgehend behoben… egal was man für Bitten und Fragen hatte, er hat uns bei allem geholfen.. allerdings haben es die letzten ca 500 m bis zum Haus in sich :)) es ist wirklich sehr eng für ein größeres Auto wie wir es hatten. (Ford Transit) aber es gibt die Möglichkeit vorne zu parken und den Rest zu laufen… Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit in der toscana und können es nur jedem empfehlen dahin zu fahren… ##### Manuela W. Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit Pool zum entspannen. Unser Vermieter Leonardo und seine Frau haben dafür gesorgt, daß wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Kleines Mango sind die letzten 500m Weg zum Objekt. Ich bin mit einem Kleinbus gekommen,man sollte schon Auto fahren können. Jede Ab - und Auffahrt war ein kleines Abenteuer. Grundstück ist traumhaft (Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Wir waren eine Gruppe mit zwei Paaren und insg. 3 Kindern (7, 5 und 1 Jahre alt). Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet . Der Garten ist traumhaft. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten mit tollem Blick und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen draußen eingenommen. Der Pool ist groß und unser 7 jähriger konnte drin stehen (und hat dort schwimmen gelernt). Das Haus liegt abgelegen oben im Berg. Diese Abgeschiedenheit war für uns genau richtig. Wer täglich Ausflüge machen möchte nimmt besser ein zentraleres Haus (wir waren jeden zweiten Tag unterwegs). Hinter dem Haus gehen direkt diverse Trails los. So konnte ich jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück 2-3 Stunden in der Kühle wandern. Der Weg zum Haus ist die letzten 500 Meter sehr eng. Wir sind mit unserem BMW 216 gerade noch durchgekommen - breiter darf das Auto nicht sein. Der Besitzer Leonardo ist sehr freundlich und diskret. Posto curato ed elegante immerso nella natura, isolato (la strada d'accesso sterrata e un po' stretta termina alla proprietà) ma era quello che cercavamo, nessun rumore se non quello delle cicale. Possibilità di camminate nel bosco di querce e pini dietro casa e gite in mtb. Proprietario sempre disponibile, gentile e discreto. Vivamente consigliato per chi vuole ricaricarsi ##### Annarita C. Very kind welcome from Stephania's family. Even if the owners live at the sam area, they are very discreet and helpful. Thanks a lot for the little car to finish the last 500m. La description était conforme et la décoration de très bon goût, mais tous les atouts de la maison pas forcément mis en valeur par les photos du site : le panorama sur le Val d'Arno a été par exemple une excellente surprise. Le chemin d'accès, un peu étroit sur les derniers kilomètres, a pu constituer une surprise également, mais on s'habitue très bien à cette petite contrainte avec un véhicule pas trop gros (vans s'abstenir). S'agissant d'une première année de location, quelques aménagements seront appréciés : d'avantage de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine, la possibilité pour les locataires de participer à l'entretien de la piscine car une intervention pas semaine est insuffisante. Nous avons été conquis par la maison, la région et recommandons le restaurant très typique géré par les propriétaires à Florence (40 minutes). We'll be back soon ! ##### Jean-Michel R. ---
