A green meadow surrounding the villa is perfect for children to play. Besides the beautiful swimming pool, you will also enjoy a panoramic view of the Pratomagno mountains and the surrounding valley. There are five small holiday apartments in Casa Leggiadra. Each apartment has a reserved outdoor area, the swimming pool and garden are shared. The apartments have terracotta flooring and wooden beam ceilings and are carefully furnished with locally crafted pieces. At Casa Leggiadra you will feel immediately immersed in the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 55.00.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 12.00/day;token for washing machine or dryer. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out). Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September. Garden The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
