I’ve just spent a week here & it’s a great place, very close to the centre. Constantino, Antonella & Fabrice couldn’t do enough for us guests & were so friendly. Most of the rooms are on the second floor & there isn’t a lift. The stone stairs between the first & second floor are very steep. I was initially on the second floor but after one day was moved to the only guest room on the first floor as I have mobility issues. The staff did this without me even asking, which was so thoughtful. The property is spotlessly clean. On the second floor there is a kitchen which includes an espresso machine. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with a microwave. Tables & chairs outside on the balcony really catch the morning sun. I can highly recommend this place. If I can manage the stairs, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was made to feel very welcome & felt very much at home.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

Staff was excellent. From the welcome, to the restaurant, everything with our stay was great.

Great view, nice breakfast and convenient location to historic locations and the gondola. The bedspread was worn so don’t expect much pampering, but good enough for a 3 star hotel in the fanciest town in Sicily. Excellent staff at desk.
