The hotel was very clean and had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which was delicious and had a great variety of options. I also want to give a special shoutout to the restaurant team—the service was truly top-notch and made our dining experience memorable. "This hotel was an embarrassment for me. I booked it for a one night stay in Orlando since we couldn't check into our Rental until the next day. The rooms had an odor and there were gnats. I booked several rooms for my family and they were not happy. We arrived late in the evening/ early morning so finding something different was not an option, we had too many kids. The staff was very friendly. "
