The house has been completely renovated from top to bottom, featuring a new kitchen, new vanities, new fixtures, new flooring, fresh texture, a newer air conditioning system, all new paint, and new appliances to you that new home feeling. Additionally, you are 25 minutes from Orlando's most desirable Theme parks Disney World, Epic Universal, Universal studio, Island of Adventure, and many more. 20 mins to downtown, 40 minutes to coco beach, 40 mins to NASA, 20 mins to Wekiva state park/springs.
