Apartment located on the ground floor, living room with large fireplace, wooden beamed ceiling and sofa, a double bedroom with a vaulted brick ceiling and a bedroom with two single beds, the apartment has two bathrooms with shower. The equipped kitchen leads to the private porch, equipped with a table and chairs for guaranteed relaxation. This apartment is particularly suitable, thanks to the fact that it is located on the ground floor, for elderly, disabled or small children.  
The kitchen is equipped with a small fireplace suitable for wood cooking. Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and American coffee maker, toaster, dishes and basic detergents.
