Detached Villa In Own Grounds With Breathtaking Views
- Extremely well furnished property with spacious accommodation and all modern conveniences including TV/DVD in the lounge and 2 bedrooms. 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 ensuite and 1 family bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms, with ample living accommodation. Adjacent to forested area with stream which is gently audible from terrace. Quiet location but easily accessible to coast, mountains and motorway network. Local railway station (Minucciano-Pieve-Casola), 10 miutes from house, connects to major towns and cities (Lucca Direct in 90 minutes).. A private swimming pool exclusively for guests is available in the grounds of the house. We can also offer a 'Chef at Home' service where our property managers will come to the house and cook a meal for you, see the details in the photo section.
