Das Dorf war mit der Navigation leicht zu finden. Der Standort selbst war mit Hilfe eines Einheimischen, der genau wusste, wo er sich befand, leicht zu finden. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Mit Stil aufgeräumt. Die Betten waren schön. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet. Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich. Sie hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, uns mit unseren drei italienischen Wörtern zu verstehen. Wirklich sehr, sehr schön! Der Pool war schön. Sicherlich, weil Sie dies nur mit den Leuten aus der zweiten Wohnung teilen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Der Blick vom Balkon ist beruhigend, an manchen Tagen liegt Nebel zwischen den Bergen. Einige Wanderwege verlaufen vom Dorf aus. (Wir haben es versucht, aber im Juli war es ein bisschen zu heiß für uns und unsere Mädchen im Alter von 8 und 10 Jahren.) Im Nachbardorf, zu Fuß erreichbar, gab es eine nette Pizzeria, in der hauptsächlich Italiener waren. Um andere, größere Städte zu sehen, muss man ein bisschen fahren. Lucca und Pisa sind anderthalb Stunden entfernt. In Equi Termi gibt es eine schöne Höhle, die Sie nach einer 20-minütigen Fahrt besuchen können.

Wir konnten die Unterkunft sofort finden, erkannten sie aber nicht und suchten noch nach etwas, nach einem Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer wurde es klar. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit den notwendigen Dingen und einer schönen Aussicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit, freundlich und spricht einigermaßen Englisch.

Sprache ist schwierig, beim nächsten Mal etwas Italienisch zu lernen. Aber der Vermieter hat ihr Bestes gegeben und war sehr herzlich. Wenn Sie Ruhe, wenig Tourismus und Authentizität mögen, sind Sie hier sehr gut. Das letzte Haus in der Straße, Auto ist ein bisschen weiter, weil Sie das Haus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen können. Wir hatten Glück, dass die Hütte neben uns nicht vermietet wurde. Dadurch extra große Terrasse / Balkon und das Schwimmbad für uns allein. Sehr private Lage, wunderbar in unserer eigenen Welt. Wir fühlten unser Schloss Herr / Frau, es war wunderschön und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Denken Sie daran, dass die Straßen, sobald Sie die Maut / Hauptstraßen verlassen, sehr herausfordernd sind. Wir waren auch an der Küste nach Cinque Terre, aber Sie werden bald 1,5 Stunden auf der Straße sein. In Bezug auf Kilometerleistung ist das nicht so schlecht, aber Sie sind für eine lange Zeit unterwegs.

Die Anreise war problemlos, wenn auch sehr malerisch durch zunehmend schmälere Straßen. Die Vermieter waren nicht zu übersehen, da sie gleich bei der Einfahrt in das Dorf das erste Haus bewohnen. ein sehr herzliches Willkommen !!! Das Dorf selbst liegt malerisch, und die Ferienwohnung in einem komplex aus zwei Häusern, die zurecht von den Mitbewohner als die kleine Burg bezeichnet werden. Wir hatten die kleinere Wohnung, die Nachbaren die größere. Wechselseitig haben wir aber keinen Störungen gehabt. Da die Nachbarn aber so herzlich nett waren, war hier auch die Nutzung des gemeinsamen und großzügig angelegten und sehr gepflegten Pools eher ein Anlass zu Freude. Die Umgebung ist malerisch, die Hügellandschaft läd zum Wandern ein. Eine Fußläufig entfernte Bahnstation bindet den ansich sehr kleinen Ort stündlich nach Lucca, Pisa und nach La Spezia/Genua an. Wanderwege sind gut ausgeschildert und gepflegt. Lucca ist mit der Bahn 1h entfernt. Florenz knapp 3h, hier lohnt sich evtl. eine Übernachtung einzuplanen (war eine überwältigende Erfahrung). Die Vermieter haben an einem Abend im seperaten Backhaus einen Pizza Abend für uns ausgerichtet, was zu einem sehr herzlichen, und wirklich freundschaftlichen Kontakt geführt hat. Wir möchten die beiden wirklich herzlich gerne wieder sehen.
