Here, amidst breathtaking natural scenery, guests can indulge in whale watching, recreational fishing, and a variety of outdoor activities. But, if you are in the mood for an adventure, a scenic drive will take you to Port Fairy. Then, journey through the picturesque Killarney Beach and the delightful Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village before arriving at the vibrant city of Warrnambool. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. Guest Access: Guests will have access to our secluded tiny home and its surroundings, except for the main residence and shed. To ensure a seamless check-in process for our rental services, kindly make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance. Here are the options available: \- Rent 2 kayaks at $15 each per day. \- Rent surfboards of various sizes at $30 each per day. Please note, that you'll need to arrange your own transportation for the surfboards. Getting Around: By car: \- 4 hr drive from Melbourne \- 1 hr drive from Warnambool \- 12 mins drive from Portland \- 57 mins drive from Port Fairy. All are accessible by 2WD. By public transport: Portland has a taxi service but much more reliable to have your own transport Other Things to Note: \- Firewood is available for an extra cost \- Mobile phone reception has weak signals \- Charcoal/over-the-fire BBQ Grill is available \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, except outdoors \- We have a free-roaming friendly dog that have a loud bark \- Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice.
