Breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is a large dog. She is very calm but will come and sit next to you if you eat anything!

An excellent place to stay in Cascais. The room had a nice balcony with table and chairs, bath and shower, a sofa and a double bed. Plenty of towels available and access to a shared kitchen which was great for storing things for breakfast and lunch. Dinners out around the area are such a good price that it barely makes sense to eat in. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful. Property is perfect and parking is a bonus. Large room with balcony and spotlessly clean. However much confusion when we arrived as we had not received the pre check in instructions with entry codes etc. it was pure luck that someone was on site to help us. However this was more to do with Expedia than the property? Would book direct with them next time

A long weekend in Cascais with my better half was wonderful. The hotel is new, very modern, and the room we had was excellent. Love the wet room bathroom, large, 2 sinks, and a great bath. Our balcony with the twin sofa and table was very nice, with the sun in the afternoon, and had a really good view of the landscaping. Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. We stayed at this hotel for a week for a family wedding which took place at a nearby venue, with the welcome event for guests taking place at Eurostars hotel. All the staff at this hotel are amazing! A beautiful setting for a contemporary hotel. All staff treated us like royalty and couldn't do enough. The food was outstanding, the views were incredible and overall a very enjoyable visit. If I return to Lisbon I would definitely stay here again!

This was a truly fabulous hotel right in the middle of everything you could need from Lisbon. The staff were amazing and we particularly loved the pianist each night between 7:00 and 8:00. Top class service all round.

Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift.

A wonderful location on the seafront and in the old part of town. Everything felt within easy walking distance. We loved the balcony overlooking the sea. A good buffet breakfast and a good size room.

A grand hotel providing comfortable, spotlessly clean accomodation & courteous, helpful staff. The hotel is set in attractive gardens with an immaculate pool which is maintained to an excellent standard by the poolside assistant who promptly provides mattresses & towels as required. A visit to the Hydro Spa (the Banyan Tree), owned by the hotel, is a MUST! We stayed on a B&B basis & Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of sweet & savoury options, hot & cold choices & was plentiful....
