This recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is just minutes from downtown, giving you quick access to local dining, shops, and beautiful Lake Cascade. Inside, enjoy fresh modern touches and the warmth of a pellet stove that makes the space extra inviting after a day of mountain adventures. Whether you`re here to explore or unwind, Bluewater Bungalow is the perfect home base for your stay.

    🐶Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

    📄Guest Contract: A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.

    👥Capacity: Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon occupancy listed on the reservation.

    🚫Events/Parties: Events and parties are not permitted.

    🕰️Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

    ❌Cancellation: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.

    💥Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay and must report it to management immediately.

    🔇Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and be respectful of neighboring properties.

    🛋️Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage or missing items found after departure may incur additional charges.

    🔧Amenities: Management will make reasonable efforts to repair or restore any in-home amenities that become inoperable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Repair times may vary depending on the availability of parts and service providers.

    🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.

    🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

    🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.

    🅿️Camper/RV Parking: RV parking requires prior authorization and is subject to a $25 nightly fee.

    🛣️Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property. Street-legal vehicles may be operated on public roads where permitted.

    🛜Wi-Fi: Many of our cabins are located in rural areas where internet service may occasionally be slow or intermittent. While management makes every effort to ensure Wi-Fi is operational, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet service and do not provide refunds for Wi-Fi or internet-related issues.

    ⛰️Mountain Environment: Management is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to wildfires, smoke, algae blooms, changing lake levels, weather, lack or abundance of snow, rain, mud, ice, power outages, or seasonal conditions. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. No refunds will be issued for these naturally occurring conditions.

    Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Booking and host response time was great. The house is clean and all amenities in good working order. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the floor though out the house being very sloped from the front door all the way to the rear of the house with spots having dips in the floor as well and we are not talking about slightly sloped either. Uncomfortable to walk around and not good for an older person with less then perfect balance. Also the main bedroom bed of course sloped down so your head is noticeable lower then your feet. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed to make it work. IMHO this should not be a rental house until this situation is corrected.
