It includes a spacious swimming pool with sea view, a fitness room, an outdoor sports area and a gourmet space. This luxurious contemporary apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all types of high-end appliances and installations. The living room is spacious, bright, and opens onto a large terrace of 35 m². The interior and exterior finishes are integrated into a current high-quality concept, which combines comfort and luxury. With its contemporary glass balustrades, the very spacious terrace offers a spectacular and panoramic view of the coast and the sea. Surrounded by the Dona Julia golf course, you can enjoy a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It also includes an outdoor parking space. It is located 800m from the beach, accessible on foot. It is less than 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and less than 10 minutes from the prestigious marina of Sotogrande and the charming town of Estepona. You can also go shopping and eat at restaurants in Marbella. Indeed, the complex is 25 minutes from Puerto Banus, the famous port of Marbella. It is therefore ideally located near all the infrastructures of the region. The proposed activities are numerous. Estepona and Sotogrande are rightly considered ideal places for family holidays or playing golf in southern Spain.
