Surrounded by the Dona Julia golf course, you can enjoy a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

It is located 800m from the beach, accessible on foot. It is less than 5 minutes from the port of La Duquesa and less than 10 minutes from the prestigious marina of Sotogrande and the charming town of Estepona. You can also go shopping and eat at restaurants in Marbella. Indeed, the complex is 25 minutes from Puerto Banus, the famous port of Marbella. It is therefore ideally located near all the infrastructures of the region.

Een erg mooi en compleet appartement op een mooie rustige locatie. Fijne bedden en meubels. Banken binnen en buiten zitten iets minder comfortabel. Verder super! De wifi was slecht en deed het vaak niet

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und deshalb auch noch sehr gut in Schuss. Toller Pool und Fitnessraum auf dem Außengelände. Super Meerblick. Leider wurden an zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes Verputzarbeiten auf unserer Terrasse ausgeführt, so dass wir diese für einige Stunden nicht nutzen konnten. Sehr ärgerlich...

L’appartement est hyper bien situé, décoré avec goût, neuf, magnifique vue mer etc… Afin que ce magnifique appartement neuf soit entretenu convenablement et ce dans ´l’intérêt de votre agence et des propriétaires un effort considérable est à mener en ce qui concerne le nettoyage Il est certes effectué mais de manière très légère… vous pouvez d’ores et déjà voir que les douches et lavabos ont des traces car la société de nettoyage ne fait pas son travail correctement Quel dommage pour ce bel appartement de ne pas y accorder le soin dont il a besoin surtout lorsque l’on voit le prix facturé pour le nettoyage
