The apartment consists of a bright living room, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one main en suite, with access to the terrace and its bathroom, and the other with 2 single beds offering an impressive view of the golf course), a bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower, a sofa bed for a 5th or 6th person, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large 45m2 south-facing terrace, semi-covered with partial sea view, a private and secure parking in the basement. Lift. Apartment located a few minutes from the beach. 2 private pools accessible in season.
Situation
Located just 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 15 minutes from Estepona, about 25 minutes from the very chic resort of Marbella, 30 minutes from Gibraltar and a few minutes from La Duquesa port.
The beach is about 1 km away. You will find nearby shops and delicious Chiringuitos, typical beach restaurants.

Geweldig verblijf! Proper, ruim, rustig en goed gelegen, goede service staat 24/7 klaar voor vragen. Wij hadden de eerste dag geen warm water, stuurde een mail en 2uur later was het probleem opgelost.
Echt een aanrader, niets op aan te merken!

Très bel appartement
Très bel appartement dans une résidence très calme, les jardins sont magnifiques.Les deux piscines sont très agréables.Les résidents qui y vivent à l'année sont très gentils et serviables.
Manque de verres.Il faudrait rajouter un volet roulant où un rideau occultant dans le salon car il n'est pas possible de dormir le matin.

Complétez l’équipement par des tentures ou par des stores sur les fenêtres côté terrasse.
