### Casa Patagonia Apartment with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Located in Casares Costa, this modern 100 m² apartment welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, smart TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace for remote work.  
  
Enjoy the covered private terrace with outdoor dining area and golf course views—perfect for breakfast or dinner outside. The uncovered private terrace offers a barbecue, an outdoor hot tub (available from September 15 to June 15), and mountain views. In summer, you can relax in the communal outdoor pool during your stay. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.  
  
One pet is allowed, but pets are not permitted on sofas or beds. No events or smoking are allowed anywhere on the property. A covered private parking space is available.  
  
The apartment is next to a golf course, and having a car is recommended for exploring the area. You’ll be just minutes from Playa Ancha, Sabinillas, La Duquesa, and the charming white villages of Casares.
