Casalnuovo Monterotaro Holidays from £155

Terrible Experience, Would Not Recommend! We originally booked this hotel for five nights but left after just one because of the unacceptable conditions. The room was dirty, extremely outdated, and had no air conditioning or even a fan. Everything felt old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the parking area was not secure, which was a major concern with our rental car. Cleanliness, comfort, and security should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place failed on all fronts. Extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Avoid this hotel!

This hotel was for a short stay before our flight home. The staff were very helpful with our check in process. Prior to our arrival I requested an airport shuttle for 4am the following day, and the organization and pick up were seamless. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, including housekeeping, front desk, etc. Great service.

Hotel was good and is strategically located in the middle of tourist sightseen spots. It has a great pool. The breakfast is good, but we had a bit of an issue during our stay. There were several large tour groups staying at the same time, including a particularly chaotic Hungarian tour group, which made the breakfast area incredibly crowded. The staff unfortunately couldn't keep up with replenishing the food fast enough. It would be much better if the hotel managed these large tour groups (especially hungarians) separately from normal people to avoid the breakfast rush. Otherwhise everything was great. Conversano where it is located is qute town which also offers some cultural experience.
