  • Magnificent 35m2 studio apartment with balcony, right on the water, exceptional sea view over the Gulf of Liscia.

    Direct access to a small sandy beach via the residence's staircase.
    Private car park.

    Fully equipped flat.
    Recently renovated (2021 bathroom / 2024 living room).
    It has all amenities: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, ironing board + iron, ceiling fan, traditional coffee maker, toaster... . .
    Beach umbrella, beach chairs and basket available.

    Bakery, butcher's shop/caterer, restaurant & pizzeria opposite the residence. Supermarket 100m away.

    Ideal for couples or couples with a child.
